This comprises of a vertical cylindrical shell. |

The calcination gases will be introduced through tangential nozzle at the bottom. |

The product along with the hot air will move upwards in a spinning path and in fraction of seconds the calcination takes place. |

The air alongwith the material will discharge from the top at the required set temperature into the dust separation unit (Cyclone/Multiclone/Bag Filters) for separation from the air. |
