Distinguishing Features:

Sulphuric acid of 98% concentration will be diluted to 68%-69% concentration by mixing fresh and recycled water. |

This diluted acid and the ground rock phosphate will be fed to the mixing unit where they will be thoroughly mixed. |

The output of the mixer which is in slurry form will then be discharged to the Den where the material slowly solidifies. |
|
The material gets cured in a few days time during which time the SSP will be reshuffled and aerated to aid the process. The SSP powder is then bagged for sale. |
